The European Research Council for a policy
of excellence: the first award winners pave the way
 
French Presidency of the European Union


Collège de France, Paris, 7 October 2008

 

Within the framework of the French Presidency of the European Union, the CNRS organised, on behalf of the French National Contact Point for the ERC (CEA, CPU, INRA, INRIA, INSERM) and in close cooperation with the European Research Council, the French Ministry for Higher Education and Research and the ANR (National Funding Agency), a Conference dedicated to the first generation of ERC grantees. The Conference that took place at Collège de France, Paris, on the 7th of October 2008 was attended by about 400 participants and was watched live on the Internet by more than 260 people.
